Ohio News Now reported on the
International Paper v. Trucinski opinion issued by the Ohio Supreme Court today (
2005-Ohio-4557). In it, the Court reaffirms a 2002 ruling that held that loss of a whole extremity could equate to the loss of two limbs required for permanent total disability (PTD) under the Ohio worker's compensation statutes.
