The
Cincinnati Enquirer reports that a case first filed by the
American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in 1998 has finally been resolved. The United States District Court for the
Southern District of Ohio, based in Cincinnati, issued its ruling yesterday, finding that the
law requiring minors to seek parental consent was constitutional.
