Inhumane treatment alleged at Ohio juvenile center

USAToday.com this morning reported that "Inmates at an Ohio juvenile detention center are regularly locked up for 23 hours a day, denied running water and medical treatment and endure harsh punishment, including cleaning a gymnasium with toothbrushes, according to a federal lawsuit filed Monday."
