E-filing to come to Ohio Supreme Court

Court News Ohio reports that the Supreme Court of Ohio is beginning a pilot program for electronic filing of case documents. At this time the Court is seeking 75 attorneys who are lawfully registered in Ohio to participate in the program and test the filing system. If successful, the plan is to open e-filing to all attorneys licensed in Ohio in early 2015 and to pro se litigants by later that year. Chief Justice Maureen O'Connor issued the following administrative order to provide guidance for the program. Attorneys interested in participating should contact the Supreme Court's clerk of the court, Sandra Grosko, at sandra.grosko@sc.ohio.gov by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2014
