On December 16, 2009, the Ohio Supreme Court adopted amendments to the Rules & Regulations Governing Procedure on Complaints & Hearings Before the Board of Commissioners on Grievances & Discipline to distinguish an opinion providing guidance under the former Code as a "Former CJC Opinion."
