The Supreme Court of Ohio
announced yesterday that it will be accepting public comment on proposed new and revised probate court forms addressing personal identifier concerns, wrongful death and survival claim settlements, and petitioner's accounts until March 29, 2011.
Comments on the proposed forms should be submitted in writing to:
